Can I bring my own caterer?
Absolutely! That's the whole point. You have complete freedom to choose any caterer or bring your own food. We provide the commercial kitchen for their use.
What about alcohol?
You can bring your own. We don't have a liquor license, so you provide all beverages. No markup, total control.
When can I access the space?
2 hours before your event start for setup (included free), plus 30 minutes after for cleanup. Need more setup time? Available at $100/hour.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes! The $200 security deposit is fully refundable after post-event inspection, assuming no damages or issues.
What's the cancellation policy?
More than 60 days before event: Full refund minus $10 processing fee. Within 60 days: Rental refunded, deposit forfeited.
What's NOT provided?
You bring: catering/food, beverages, decorations, entertainment (DJ/band), photography, event planning, and tableware. We provide the space and essentials.
