How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance for weekend events, especially during peak wedding season (May-October). Weekday events can often be booked with shorter notice.
Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes! Greenwood Hall is a bare-hall rental venue, which means you have the freedom to bring any licensed caterer you choose. Our commercial kitchen is available for your caterer's use.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 30 days before are non-refundable.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, Greenwood Hall is fully ADA compliant with ground-floor access, accessible restrooms, and designated accessible parking spaces.
